Turmeric is an incredible spice and offers numerous health benefits.
Turmeric is one of the most powerful spices ever known to mankind. It is a common ingredient in many kitchens around the world. But it is even more often used as a cure, thanks to its healing power. There is growing evidence that confirms his incredible power. Turmeric can replace almost any drug prescribed for inflammation.

Dr. Mercola explains that turmeric was first used at the moment when people became aware of its anti-inflammatory effect. It has shown a great effect in the treatment of numerous conditions, including jaundice, menstrual problems, chest pain, toothaches, bruises, blood in urine,
hemorrhaging, flatulence and colic.

This yellow spice has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect that helps alleviate the symptoms of inflammatory arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) such as Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.

The best part is when science confirmed that turmeric is more effective than conventional anti-inflammatory drugs without prescription, such as hydrocortisone and phenylbutazone, as well as Motrin. Unlike these drugs, turmeric is safe and does not cause side effects that you get when using them.

Turmeric is an excellent antioxidant. It fights against free radicals that help prevent dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and even cancer. Scientists have discovered that phytonutrients  in turmeric help the body to destroy and prevent tumors.

Dr.Mercola explains:

According to dr. Mercoli, turmeric is full of magnesium, potassium, calcium and other essential minerals. It is also rich in fibers, vitamin B6 and zinc and is considered a good source of vitamin C and magnesium.

So try to take at least one spoon.
