RECIPE:

Breakfast is the same every day: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, anything but grapes or bananas)

First day
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, a glass of 200 ml yogurt (200 ml)
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 dl cooked tomatoes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 biscuits, half cucumber or a little green salad.

Another day
Lunch:
1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt
Dinner: 125 g cooked beef, 1 tomato, 1 cup, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Third day
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, cup yogurt, 1 cucumber or a little green salad.
Dinner: 125 g cooked beef, 1 orange, 1 biscuit, 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar.

Fourth day
Lunch: 125 g cow cheese, 1 tomato, 1 double biscuit
Dinner: same as the previous day

Fifth day:
Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 biscuit.
Dinner: half a kilogram of cooked carrots, potatoes or peas.

Note: Cook vegetables or meat without salt or use very little. Make a break with your diet on the sixth and seventh day, and continue with the diet on the eighth day.
