Australian scientists at the Queensland Medical Research Institute have found that the fruit of the pineapple contains a potent anti-cancer ingredient, which in the future could be a solution in the treatment of this malignant disease.
Scientists isolated two molecules of bromelain enzyme from the crushed stems.
One stimulates the immune system to destroy carcinogens, while the other blocks a particular protein responsible for as much as 30 percent of cases of all forms of cancer. A special effect was found on cancerous cells of the breast, lung, colon, ovary, and melanoma. In order to confirm the effectiveness of this therapy, clinical research should be carried out.
For now, experts recommend at least two fruit meals of pineapple a day to achieve an anticancer effect.
Bromeline is very effective in localizing inflammation with the swelling and it also reduces scarring. As collagen increases in tissue affected by cellulitis, the team improves drainage and facilitates digestion of proteins.
Bromelain quickly and effectively reduces pain. The scientist’s opinion is that it digests the proteins in the blood, and thus reduces inflammation that causes pain. At the same time, it protects the joints from free radicals.

Pineapple and weight loss

Pineapple is recommended to help with weight loss, but also to eliminate cellulite and boron. It is also effective in hyperpigmentation caused by aging, so it can fade or completely eliminate “aging spots”.
